Welcome to Zarin. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shopzarin.com and any purchases made through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “Zarin,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Zarin. By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Final Sale & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through our website. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

OUR JEWELRY

Zarin offers a curated collection of vintage, estate, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind jewelry.

Because our pieces have lived a life before reaching you, they may show signs of age, wear, patina, surface variation, previous repair, or other characteristics consistent with vintage jewelry. These qualities contribute to each piece’s individual history and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe each piece accurately. Product photographs form part of the item description. Screen settings, lighting, magnification, and photography may cause colors, finishes, gemstones, and proportions to appear slightly different in person.

Measurements, weights, dates, and other product details may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

METALS, GEMSTONES, AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Gold purity and other metal information are stated based on available hallmarks, testing, documentation, or information reasonably available to us.

Gemstones are described according to the information available at the time of listing. Unless a listing expressly includes an independent laboratory report or certification, gemstone identity, origin, treatment, quality, and carat weight should not be considered independently certified.

Our descriptions are provided for retail identification and are not formal appraisals, investment advice, or guarantees of future value.

Please review all photographs, measurements, condition notes, and product details carefully before purchasing. Contact us before placing an order if you would like clarification about a piece.

ONE-OF-A-KIND AVAILABILITY

Most Zarin pieces are one of a kind and available in a quantity of one. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An item is only reserved once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

In the rare event that an item is purchased by more than one customer, is unavailable, is damaged before shipment, or was listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, insurance, and other disclosed costs will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is completed. A pricing or typographical error does not obligate us to fulfill an order at the incorrect price. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

Payment must be authorized and successfully processed before an order is accepted. We may use third-party payment providers and fraud-prevention services to review transactions.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect billing or shipping information
• Product, inventory, or pricing errors
• Violation of these Terms
• Inability to safely or legally complete delivery

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or packaged for shipment. Once processing begins, an order cannot be changed or canceled.

FINAL SALE

Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect sizing, or characteristics disclosed in the listing.

Exceptions may apply if you receive the wrong item, the order arrives damaged, or the item materially differs from its listing. Any such issue must be reported in accordance with our Final Sale & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

SIZING AND ALTERATIONS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all measurements and confirming the appropriate size before purchasing.

We do not guarantee that a piece can be resized or altered. Any resizing, repair, cleaning, or alteration performed after delivery is undertaken at the customer’s expense and risk. Zarin is not responsible for damage, stone loss, structural changes, or diminished value caused by a third-party jeweler or service provider.

JEWELRY CARE

Vintage and fine jewelry should be handled with care. Certain gemstones, settings, chains, and higher-karat gold pieces may be delicate.

Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, chlorine, cosmetics, excessive moisture, impact, or unsuitable cleaning methods. We recommend having fine jewelry periodically inspected by a qualified jeweler.

Zarin is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage or cleaning, ordinary wear, impact, neglect, or modifications made after delivery.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing times and estimated delivery information are provided in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Zarin is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

High-value shipments may require insurance, tracking, and an adult signature. Customers are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to receive the shipment.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, availability, and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used toward taxes or shipping.

We may modify or end a promotion when permitted by law.

ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—including the Zarin name, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, written descriptions, designs, videos, and website layout—is owned by or licensed to Zarin and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Vintage and pre-owned products are sold in the condition described and photographed in their individual listings. Any legally required warranties or consumer protections remain unaffected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zarin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of a product.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Zarin’s total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Zarin harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or fraudulent conduct.

NO WAIVER
