RETURN POLICY

Due to the vintage, one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all Zarin purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, preference, or normal characteristics of vintage jewelry.

Each piece is carefully inspected, photographed, and described before it is listed. Vintage and estate jewelry may show subtle signs of age, wear, patina, previous repair, or variation. These characteristics are part of the piece’s history and are not considered defects.

ORDER ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the piece materially differs from its listing, please contact us at hello@shopzarin.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

• A description of the issue

Please retain all original packaging while your claim is reviewed. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If an issue is confirmed, Zarin may offer an appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement when available, store credit, or refund. Approved refunds will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.

SIZING

Ring dimensions and available sizing information are included in each listing. Customers are responsible for confirming the appropriate size before purchasing. We do not accept returns because an item does not fit. Any resizing performed after delivery is at the customer’s expense and risk.
